Production and sales of China’s new energy vehicles in November 2022

According to the statistical analysis of the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers（CAAM), in November 2022, China's new energy vehicles continued to maintain rapid growth, and the monthly production and sales reached a new high.

In November 2022, China’s production and sales of new energy vehicles reached 768,000 and 786,000, respectively, with a year-on-year increase of 65.6% and 72.3% respectively, and the market share reached 33.8%.

From January to November 2022, China’s production and sales of new energy vehicles reached 6.253 million and 6.067 million respectively, doubled year-on year increase respectively , and the market share reached 25%.

In November 2022, among the main varieties of new energy vehicles, the production and sales of plug-in hybrid vehicles decreased slightly compared with that of the last month, while the production and sales of the other two categories increased with varying degrees; compared with the same period last year, the above three categories continued to maintain rapid growth.

From January to November 2022, among the major new energy vehicles, the production and sales of pure electric vehicles, plug-in hybrid vehicles and fuel cell vehicles continued to maintain a rapid growth compared with the same period last year.
