Troubleshooting

Unable to absorb oil; or Insufficient oil absorption

1. The engine speed is too low.

2. There is no lead oil in the oil pump.

3. The oil suction pipe leaks, and the vacuum degree of the oil pipe is low.

4. The oil suction pipe is blocked.

5. The three-way ball valve in the oil suction pipe is not connected properly.

6. The primary filter is seriously clogged.

7. The oil pump is worn or damaged.

8. The intake valve in the breather valve cannot be opened

1. Increase engine speed

2. Fill oil

3. Plug the air leakage and improve the vacuum degree

4. Remove the blockage

5. Turn the ball valve rod and turn the color point to the port to   be blocked

6. Clean the primary filter

7. Repair or replace the oil pump

8. Repair the breather valve, otherwise the tank will be easily   sucked and collapsed.

The oil cannot be unloaded from the tank or the unloaded oil with little amount

1. The valve is not opened or not fully opened

2. The water in the sedimentation tank freezes

3. There is dirt in the tank, blocking the oil outlet

4. The breather valve is blocked and the air intake is not smooth

1. Open the valve

2. Dissolve the ice with steam, open the sedimentation port to   release the accumulated water

3. Clean up the dirt

4. Repair the breather valve

PTO is not working properly

1. The gear is worn or the spacer between the power take-off and the gearbox is too thick, causing abnormal noise.

2. The spacer between the power take-off and the transmission is too thin, the center distance is shortened, the rotation is difficult, and the gears are   easily damaged or the power take-off shell is crushed.

3. The power take-off fork is damaged or the cylinder is damaged, and the gear cannot be shifted or easily disengaged

4. The damage of the pneumatic valve cannot control the on-off of the air circuit.

5. Oil seal or gas spacer is damaged or leaks oil.

1. Replace the gear or thin the spacer.

2. Thicken the gasket.

3. Replace the fork or repair the cylinder and piston.

4. Repair or replace the pneumatic valve.

5. Repair or replace the oil seal and gasket.

Transmission shaft shakes badly

1. The transmission shaft is bent.

2. Poor dynamic balance.

3. The output shaft bearing of the power take-off or the input shaft bearing of the oil pump gearbox is seriously worn.

4. The universal joint connecting bolt is loose.

5. The front and rear universal joints are installed in the wrong direction.

6. The universal joint or expansion spline is seriously worn.

1. Straighten the transmission shaft.

2. Conduct dynamic balance test.

3. Replace the corresponding bearing.

4. Tighten the bolts.

5. Adjust the direction of the universal joint.

6. Replace a new universal joint or directly replace a new   transmission shaft.

Oil leakage of tank or pipeline system

1. There are air holes and sand holes at the welding place.

2. Bad road condition, and the tank body is torn due to the bumping of the vehicle

Fill the tank with air pressure to 36kpa, brush soapy water on   each part, find out the leakage parts, clean them according to the method described above, and then re-welding.

Leakage of ball valve

1. The end cover bolts are loose.

2. The adjusting seat at the bottom of the three-way ball valve is loose.

3. The valve body have sand holes or air holes.

4. The "O" ring at the valve stem is damaged.

1. Tighten the bolts.

2. Tighten the adjusting seat.

3. Replace the ball valve with a new one.

4. Replace the "O" ring.

Breathing valve fails to work

1. Air inlet and exhaust springs fail.

2. The intake and exhaust valves are stuck.

1. Replace the springs.

2. Reassemble the valves and remove the stuck objects.

Flow gauge fails

1. There are sundries blocking the elliptical rotor in the flow gauge

2. Elliptical rotor is damaged.

1. Clean the sundries.

2. Replace the rotor.
