In October, China’s production and sales of passenger vehicles were 2.334 million and 2.231 million respectively, with a year-on-year increase of 16.9% and 10.7% respectively.

From January to October, China’s production and sales of passenger vehicles were 19.551 million and 19.218 million, with a year-on-year increase of 17.3% and 13.7% respectively.

In October, China’s production and sales of commercial vehicles were 265,000 and 273,000, with a year-on-year decrease of 22.7% and 16.2% respectively.

From January to October, China’s production and sales of commercial vehicles were 2.691 million and 2.757 million respectively, with a year-on-year decrease of 31.7% and 32.8% respectively.

2. China's new energy vehicle sales increased 81.7% year on year in October

In October, China’s production and sales of new energy vehicles were 762,000 and 714,000 respectively, with a year-on-year increase of 87.6% and 81.7%, and with a market share of 28.5%.

From January to October, China’s production and sales of new energy vehicles were 5.485 million and 5.28 million respectively, with a year-on-year increase of 1.1 times, and with a market share of 24%.

3. China's auto exports increased by 46% year on year in October

In October, China exported 337,000 complete vehicles, with a year-on-yer increase of 46%. 109,000 new energy vehicles were exported, with a year-on-year increase of 81.2%.

From January to October, China exported 2.456 million complete vehicles, with a year-on-yer increase of 54.1% . 499,000 new energy vehicles were exported, with a year-on-year increase of 96%.
