WONDEE OEM leaf springs are engineered for superior performance in truck and trailer suspensions. With over 20 years of manufacturing experience since 1999, these springs combine precision engineering, premium steel materials, and rigorous testing to provide reliable load support and long service life for heavy-duty vehicles.

Leaf springs are the most common elastic elements in vehicle suspensions, transferring forces between wheels and frames while absorbing road impacts. They maintain vehicle guidance, stability, and load distribution under varying operating conditions. This makes them essential for heavy-duty trucks, trailers, pickups, and agricultural vehicles.
Applications include skeletal trailers, lowbed and flatbed trailers, oil and van trailers, wood transport trailers, gooseneck trailers, and semi-trailer suspensions. They are also used in bus suspensions, light-duty trucks, and custom transport vehicles, highlighting their versatility across transportation sectors.
WONDEE leaf springs are produced using flat bars from the top three steel mills in China. Material grades include SUP7 to SUP12 and 60Si2Mn, 55CrMnA, 60CrMnBA, among others. These materials guarantee high strength, fatigue resistance, and long-term durability exceeding industry standards.
Cutting and center hole punching utilize fully automatic CNC production lines, ensuring center hole positioning tolerance below ±0.2 mm and leaf length tolerance within ±2 mm. Eye rolling and taper rolling employ CNC machines with robotic assistance to maintain parallelism and perpendicularity within 1% of leaf width.
Leaf springs undergo controlled heating, quenching, camber shaping, and tempering using advanced CNC furnaces and robotic systems. The process guarantees uniform temperature distribution within ±5 degrees, consistent camber, and mechanical strength. Camber tolerance is maintained at ±6 mm, exceeding the industry standard of ±7 mm.
Fatigue life testing ensures over 120,000 cycles per leaf spring, surpassing the common 100,000-cycle benchmark. Shot peening with mixed new and recycled steel shots enhances surface durability while preventing microcracks, extending the operational lifespan under heavy loads.

Leaf springs are available in normal painted or E-coated finishes. E-coating provides uniform coverage, excellent adhesion, and high corrosion resistance. Salt spray resistance exceeds 100 hours. Custom logos, design marks, or stickers are supported at no additional cost for OEM clients.
Additional optional components include center bolts, clamps, copper or bi-metal bushes, rubber and nylon bushings, U-bolts, brackets, and pins. Packaging options include fumigated wooden pallets and steel pallets according to shipping requirements.
WONDEE produces various leaf spring types, including conventional, parabolic, Z-type air linkers, TRA series, trailer springs, semi-trailer and truck springs, agricultural springs, bus springs, bogie springs, and light-duty trailer springs. This wide range supports multiple vehicle types and operational requirements.
TRA series leaf springs are available in parabolic or conventional designs. For example, TRA2726 is a parabolic 3-leaf spring weighing 26.27 kg with a 20x76 mm section. Conventional models like TRA3343 feature 10 leaves and a 69.02 kg weight, suitable for heavy truck applications.
All leaf springs undergo stiffness, arc height, and fatigue testing with specialized machines. Metallographic microscopes, spectrophotometers, and hardness testers ensure material quality and mechanical performance. Hardness ranges from 41 HRC to 48 HRC, guaranteeing optimal load capacity and durability.
Each unit is subject to rigorous quality control, meeting IATF 16949-2016, ISO 9001-2015, and relevant GB/T standards. WONDEE provides a 12-month warranty and lifetime technical support for clients, ensuring consistent service reliability.
