Application
The tanker breathing valve is composed of a pressure valve and a vacuum valve. It is an important accessory to protect the oil tank. It is installed on the roof of the oil tank. In general, its role is to maintain the airtightness of oil tanks and reduce the evaporation loss of oil products to a certain extent. When necessary, it can automatically ventilate, adjust and balance the internal and external pressure of the oil tank, playing a safe role in the oil tank.
Breathing valve is a safe and energy-saving product to maintain the air pressure balance of tank and reduce medium volatilization The breathing valve makes full use of the pressure bearing capacity of the tank itself to reduce the discharge of media. Its principle is to control the positive exhaust pressure and negative suction pressure of the tank by using the weight of the positive and negative pressure valve discs.
When the pressure of the medium in the tank is within the control operating pressure range of the breather valve, the breather valve will not work to maintain the tightness of the oil tank.
When the medium is added to the tank to increase the pressure of the upper gas space in the tank and reach the positive operating pressure of the breather valve, the pressure valve is pushed open, and the gas escapes from the exhalation port of the breather valve, so that the pressure in the tank does not continue to increase.
When the medium is pumped out of the tank to reduce the pressure of the upper gas space in the tank and reach the operating negative pressure of the breather valve, the atmosphere outside the tank will open the negative pressure valve disc that opens the breather valve, allowing the outside gas to enter the tank, so that the pressure in the tank will no longer continue to drop, and the pressure inside the tank will be balanced with that outside the tank to protect the safety device of the tank.
