Brief analysis of China's automobile export in June 2022

According to the statistical analysis of the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, China's automobile exports were in a good situation in June 2022. In recent years, with the continuous improvement of the comprehensive competitiveness of China's automobile products, China’s automobile brands have been more recognized in the international market. In particular, new energy vehicles have become the current export highlights. Some auto enterprises have successfully entered the European and other countries and regional markets. In the first half of the year, the export of new energy vehicles increased by 1.3 times year-on-year, accounting for 16.6% of the total auto exports.

In June 2022, China’s automobile enterprises exported 249,000 vehicles, hitting a record high, with a month-on-month increase of 1.8% and a year-on-year increase of 57.4%. From January to June 2022, China’s automobile enterprises exported 1.218 million vehicles, with a year-on-year increase of 47.1%.

In June 2022, China exported 198,000 passenger vehicles this month, with a month-on-month increase of 1.1% and a year-on-year increase of 65.6%. From January to June 2022, China exported 945,000 passenger vehicles, with a year-on-year increase of 49.7%.

In June 2022, China exported 51,000 commercial vehicles, with a month-on-month increase of 4.7% and a year-on-year increase of 32.4%. From January to June 2022, China exported 274,000 commercial vehicles, with a year-on-year increase of 38.8%.
