A semi-trailer’s axles are positioned behind the center of gravity, allowing partial load transfer to the tractor. The trailer itself lacks power, relying entirely on the tractor to move cargo. LNG semi trailers are specialized vehicles designed to transport cryogenic liquid natural gas safely over long distances.

Suspension systems include 3x13-ton FUWA axles with air suspension and double tires, providing excellent stability and load distribution. Wheels use TRIANGLE 12R22.5 tires or steel 9.00x22.5 options, enhancing durability under heavy loads. The tanker also integrates pipelines, pressure gauges, emergency cut-off valves, and triple safety devices for both gas and liquid lines.

The trailer has a total weight of 39,000 KGS and curb weight of 15,800 KGS, optimizing fuel efficiency. Rated load capacity is 23,200 KGS with a fifth wheel load of 15,600 KGS. LNG pipelines are DN50, allowing rapid loading and unloading while minimizing pressure drop.
