Semi-trailer suspensions are crucial components connecting the vehicle frame and traveling devices. They absorb road shocks, stabilize cargo, and enhance ride comfort across various industrial transport scenarios. Selecting the right suspension ensures both safety and efficiency for heavy-duty logistics operations.
Bogie suspensions distribute vehicle weight evenly over multiple axles, improving load stability and maneuverability. The Germany drum type design offers high durability and precise engineering, suitable for demanding transport conditions. This suspension type adapts well to lowbed, flatbed, skeletal, and tanker trailers.
High-mount and low-mount configurations provide versatility for different trailer chassis designs. High-mount suspensions are ideal for vehicles requiring higher ground clearance, whereas low-mount versions reduce vehicle height, improving stability for heavy loads. Both options maintain excellent shock absorption and handling.
Our bogie suspensions feature Q235 steel from top Chinese mills, providing long-term resistance under high load. CNC plasma cutting, hydraulic press forming, and automatic robot welding ensure consistent quality. Leaf springs, equalizer bushes, and arm bushings are produced in-house, maintaining precise tolerances and reliable performance.
Leaf springs range from 75x13x8 to 100x16x10 mm, offering flexibility for different axle loads. Equalizer pins measure 50-70 mm in diameter, and torque arm pins span 28-36 mm, providing robust connection and improved load distribution. Bearings are selected based on load ratings, enhancing reliability and service life.
The drum type suspension is compatible with standard Φ420×200 mm brake linings. Bearings like 33213/33118, 33215/32219, and 32314/32222 ensure smooth operation and longevity. Axle spacing ranges from 1400 mm to 1550 mm, while track widths are 1840–1870 mm, supporting multi-axle configurations efficiently.
German drum type bogie suspensions provide stable handling under heavy loads, reducing tire wear and road impact. They optimize fuel efficiency by maintaining proper axle alignment and weight distribution. Operators benefit from lower maintenance costs due to durable bushings, adjustable arms with anti-rust treatment, and high-quality surface coatings.
With an annual output exceeding 50,000 sets and 95%+ self-produced components, these suspensions maintain a quality claim rate below 0.1%. Automatic welding robots, CNC machining, and shot-peened surfaces enhance structural integrity and consistency.
These suspensions are widely applied to flatbed, lowbed, dump, skeletal, oil tank, van, car transport, and agricultural trailers. Interchangeable with BPW, FUWA, YORK, ROR, and HENRED brands, they also cover OEM replacement models such as FW880201A/B, FW860301A/B, and FW86.2/1310/250/BQ6/9.
Multi-axle compatibility allows installation on 1- to 4-axle configurations. Both overslung and underslung mounting options are available, supporting square and round axle beams. This flexibility ensures optimal fit and performance across different trailer designs.
