China's new energy vehicle exports have a strong momentum

Europe is optimistic about China's large market, and Chinese goods and investments are also moving more towards Europe. Since last year, there have been frequent highlights in China Europe economic and trade exchanges.

At Zhoushan Port in Ningbo, thousands of new energy vehicles are entering giant ro ro ships, preparing to depart for Europe. In Xi'an, Wuhan, Chongqing and other places, the China Europe New Energy Vehicle Special Train continues to ship, fully loaded with domestic new energy vehicles, directly connecting to Kazakhstan, Russia, and Germany. At the beginning of 2023, China's new energy vehicles continued their strong momentum and pressed the "fast forward" button when going overseas.

New energy vehicles are a major highlight of current economic and trade exchanges between China and Europe. According to data released by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, China's new energy vehicle exports increased by more than double year-on-year in 2022. Now in Europe, one out of every 10 new energy vehicles comes from China. In the context of the continuing energy crisis, the demand for new energy vehicles in Europe is rising.

Since last year, there have been frequent highlights in China Europe energy technology investment and cooperation. In September 2022, the Chinese power battery manufacturer Ningde Times officially launched its factory project in Hungary.
